BigCommerce - Store Credits & Gift Cards
With minimal additional setup, AcctVantage supports importing BigCommerce orders with Store Credits and/or Gift Cards.
You will EITHER need to (A) create new Receipt Types OR (B) map the store credits and gift cards to an existing Receipt Type.
Follow the standard instructions to create a new Receipt Type.
You will need to create each of these Receipt types in order to import these as payments along with BigCommerce orders. Note, these are not case-sensitive, however there is no space in either one.

Go to Administration > System Setup and open the web integration setup. On the GL tab, you will map store credits and/or gift cards to an existing Receipt Type:
- In the AV Receipt Type column on the left, select an existing Receipt Type.
- In the BigCommerce Payment Method column on the right, enter one of the following values. Note, these are not case-sensitive, however there is no space in either one:
- StoreCredit
- GiftCard
- Save System Setup.
When a web order is imported with a store credit and/or gift card, go to the Payments tab of the sales order to see the Receipt.
