Search for web-related records in AcctVantage

When using any of the webstore integrations, there are a handful of fields in the AcctVantage database that simplify the search process. You can easily search AcctVantage for the following imported web order-related records:

  1. Clients (who have been synced)
  2. Contacts (who have been synced)
  3. Sales Orders (that have been imported)
  4. Products (that have been exported)

There is an Import ID field in the Client, Contact and Sales Document tables -- in all cases the Import ID begins with the Import Source Code that you define in System Setup > Integration Options.

1. Clients

Open the Power Search, find the Client Import ID field, type your Import Source Code and choose Begins With.

2. Contacts

Open the Power Search, find the Contact Import ID field, type your Import Source Code and choose Begins With.

3. Sales Orders

Open the Power Search, find the Sales Document Import ID field, type your Import Source Code and choose Begins With.

4. Products

Searching in the Product screen works a little bit differently. Here we search based on the Product AvailableInWebstore field (not Import ID.) This field is a boolean (i.e. checkbox). So when you click on this field, you will get a popup that asks if you want Yes or No (e.g. Checked or Unchecked, True or False).

Open the Power Search, click on the Product AvailableInWebstore field and select Yes to find Products where the Sync to Webstore box has been checked.
