Allow a User permission to post transactions
This article details how to grant permissions for a user to post transactions in AcctVantage.
If the user has access to post transactions, then they will be able to post from the General Ledger ➤ Post Transactions screen and from the Action Menu in any list view they have permission to access.
User permission to allow posting
Navigate to Administration ➤ User Access Levels, open the User record and go to the System Access tab.
Scroll down to find the setting for General Ledger ➤ Post & Journal and verify there is an X in the Allow column only.
Click OK to save the User.
