Work Order Fix
Note: Please do not use this utility without the explicit guidance of AcctVantage Support!
1. Find the Work Order ID.
You'll need the Work Order ID to use this utility. Open the Work Order and click the blue information circle on the bottom of the Work Order.
Make a note of the Record ID (i.e. Work Order ID) and then close the Work Order.
2. The Utilities Screen
- Navigate to Administration ➤ Utilities
- Click the Work Order Fix button.
3. Enter a Work Order ID to fix.
Enter the Work Order ID that you noted in Step 1 and click OK. The utility will rebuild the Work Order so it can be posted.
