ID's window

For each record on the system, AcctVantage generates a system ID. In addition, each category of record has its own set of IDs starting from 1. The list box shown displays the last ID number used.

  • File Name: This is the name of the table that shows the records having IDs.
  • Field Name: This the name of the field in the table that displays the ID numbers.
  • Last ID Used: This is the last ID number to be used for that type of record.
  • Individual ID’s to Use: If desired, you can determine the next ID number assigned by entering it in this field.
