Void a batch deposit

In order to void a batch deposit, it must not have been reconciled or posted.

1. Select the deposit to void

  1. Highlight the deposit
  2. Use the Action Menu and select Void check.

2. Confirm the Action

Select Yes to proceed.

3. The deposit is now voided
