Save Your Email Password

By default AcctVantage will require each User to enter their Email Password once per session when emailing documents from within the program. However, starting with v2013.0.0.2, each User can save their email password in AcctVantage so it won't need to be entered every day.

1. Open the User Access Levels window

Navigate to Administration ➤ User Access Levels.

2. Open a User record

Double-click to open a User record.

3. Enter the Email Password

Enter the password in the Email Password field and click OK to save.

This password should be the same one that is entered in your email software.
