Customize AV Mobile view definitions
Each list view in the system supports two customizable view definitions -- one Default view for the desktop AV client and one Mobile view for the AV mobile interface.
The View Editor is the tool we'll use to create a custom view definition for the mobile interface.
Contact AV Support if you need help finding a specific view or column.
Customize the columns that appear in a list view
- Navigate to Administration -> View Editor.
- Scroll down until you find the view you want to customize for the AV Mobile interface.
- Highlight the view and click New.
- Name the new view Mobile then click OK.
- Highlight the new view you just created.
- Add columns to the Current View Definition section via drag & drop.
- Click Done to save the view definition.
Optional:
Column Title can also be modified at this point. For example, you may wish to see a column labeled "Customer" instead of "Client Name".
- Log in or refresh AV Mobile and display some records to see the change take effect.
Customize the fields that appear in the Quick Search menu
- To customize the AV Mobile Quick Search menu, click on the Query & Sort Options tab and add fields to the Query Options section via drag & drop.
- Click Done to save the view definition.
- Log in or refresh AV Mobile and open the Quick Search menu to see the change take effect.
