Change Default PO Cost for a batch of Products
The Global Replace function allows you to apply a percentage increase to the Default PO Cost for a batch of Products.
Note: This function DOES NOT revalue any current inventory on-hand.
1. Find the Products in that need to have the PO Cost changed.
Navigate to Inventory ➤ Products and display a list of Products that you want to update the Default PO Cost for.
2. Use the Global Replace function
- Highlight the list of Product records that you want to update.
- Go to the List menu (top of the screen) and select Global Replace.

In this example, let's imagine the cost for a batch of Products is increasing by 10%. To update the Default PO Cost on the Product record enter the % increase in the Actual Cost % field.
Click OK to proceed.
4. The Global Replace Log.
The Global Replace Log lets you know if the changes were successful.
