Change Default PO Cost for a batch of Products

The Global Replace function allows you to apply a percentage increase to the Default PO Cost for a batch of Products.

Note: This function DOES NOT revalue any current inventory on-hand.

1. Find the Products in that need to have the PO Cost changed.

Navigate to Inventory ➤ Products and display a list of Products that you want to update the Default PO Cost for.

2. Use the Global Replace function

  1. Highlight the list of Product records that you want to update.
  2. Go to the List menu (top of the screen) and select Global Replace.

In this example, let's imagine the cost for a batch of Products is increasing by 10%. To update the Default PO Cost on the Product record enter the % increase in the Actual Cost % field.

Click OK to proceed.

4. The Global Replace Log.

The Global Replace Log lets you know if the changes were successful.

5. The Default PO Cost has been updated

The values in the Cost column have been updated to reflect the 10% increase that was added.
