Add a Disbursement Note

Introduced in: AV 2015.1.0.5

1. Open the Disbursement

Go to Accounts Payable ➤ Disbursements and open up the record you want to add a note to. The Disbursement can be either open or closed.

2. Add a Note to the Disbursement

The Notes field is on the right-hand side of the Disbursement detail area. You can click the time/date/user stamp icon if you want to add that to your note. Otherwise, just type your note and click OK to save.
