Double-click (or right-click) to extract the ZIP file.

Double-click to run the AV ERP Demo Installer.exe application. This will install the Demo software.

By default, the Demo will be installed in the following directory (we recommend leaving this as the Destination Folder):

C:\Program Files (x86)\AcctVantage ERP Demo

1. Navigate to the following directory and open it: C:\Program Files (x86)\AcctVantage ERP Demo\AV Demo
2. Double-click the AV Demo application to open it.

Note: The version number may change but the application should always contain AV Demo in the name.

When you see this message, select Open.

When you get the prompt to either open an existing data file or create a new one, you will want to open the sample data that is included.

1. Navigate to the directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\AcctVantage ERP Demo\Sample Data
2. Highlight the 2013_Sample.4DD file.
3. Click the Open button.

1. Enter the administrator credentials provided to you by AcctVantage. (Please contact AcctVantage if you need these credentials.)
2. Click the Connect button.

You'll know that you are logged in successfully when you see this splash screen. Click Done to begin using the AcctVantage ERP Demo.
