How to begin using the AcctVantage ERP Demo version (Mac).
1. Open the AV Demo installer.
Double-click to open the installer.
2. Install the AV Demo version.
Drag and drop the AcctVantage 2013 Demo folder to the Desktop folder within this window.
3. Open the AV Demo.
Open the folder that you just copied to the Desktop and double-click the AV Demo application to open it.
Note: The version number may change but the application should always contain AV Demo in the name.
3.1. Are you sure you want to open it?
Yes, you are sure!
If you see this message, click the Open button to proceed.
3.2. No data file was found...
If you see this message, select Open.
If you do not see this message, skip to Step 4.
3.3. Open the data file.
If you get the prompt to either open an existing data file or create a new one, you will want to open the sample data that is included.
- Highlight the 2013_Sample.4DD file.
- Click the Open button.
4. Log in to the AcctVantage demo.
- Enter the administrator credentials provided to you by AcctVantage. (Please contact AcctVantage if you need these credentials.)
- Click the Connect button.
5. Success!
You'll know that you are logged in successfully when you see this splash screen. Click Done to begin using the AcctVantage ERP Demo.
