Modifying Pop-up Lists
Pop-up lists appear in a number of fields throughout AcctVantage. They are designed to make text entry easy and consistent. AcctVantage allows you to modify these lists by inserting, appending or deleting entries.
1. Open a Pop-up list.
Open a List by clicking the down arrow next to a field that contains one.
2. Modify a Pop-up list.
Click Edit to modify the choices in a Pop-up list.
3. Add an Item to a Pop-up list.
Click the + symbol to add an item to the list.
4. Enter the new item into the list.
After you click the + symbol you'll see the cursor appear on the next empty line. Start typing to add the new list item.
When you're finished, click the + symbol to add another item or click OK to save.
5. Edit or Remove existing items
In order to Edit or Remove any existing items from the list, click the trash can icon to remove the item and then start back over at Step #3 to add another item if necessary.
