View Support Tickets Online

AcctVantage provides a web portal to submit, reply to and review support tickets that you've submitted. In order to create or view tickets online you will first need to register an account .

If you have previously registered an account, logging in to the portal will allow you to create new support tickets and review/edit existing tickets.

When you first log in to the portal, you will be asked to update your profile.  The "Organization" is your company name.  We attempt to match your email domain (i.e., @acctvantage.com) to an existing AcctVantage Client Organization in our database, if we find a match you are automatically registered and linked to your company profile.  Otherwise, you will be asked to fill out the Organization information as part of your profile.  Existing Organization profile information may be updated and reviewed by clicking on the "My Organization" link.
